Albino cichlid or just plain white?

Albino cichlid or just plain white?

This white cichlid is Mike's second fish. He is all white and has kinda pink looking eyes I guess. Would you consider that an albino? I do not know. He is pretty shy and keeps to himself. There are two other cichlids in the tank and two algae eaters.
